Software - You only get what you need (we don't load your machine with advertising, links to ISP's or modify the settings) see our FAQ page here.  Prior to delivery all machines are fully tested and have some useful adware removal software pre-installed.

Updates - we run through all the service packs and updates just before it arrives, many off the shelf systems have been on the shelf a long time, we also give you the proper operating system CD.

Components - Pentium dual core maybe, but what motherboard, RAM, power supply etc. We only use quality components that are matched for reliability and performance. If a component fails within the warranty period gives us a call and we will take care of the replacement.
